How do I get an account?
Organizations are provisioned by your platform administrator. You will receive login credentials from your company—there is no public self-signup.
Can we connect our existing biometric devices?
Yes. Register each device in Attendly, copy the API token, and send punches to our REST endpoints—single or batch.
Is our attendance data secure?
Yes. Sign-in is protected, each device uses its own API token, and team permissions control who can view or change records.
What roles are available?
Owners manage billing and settings, admins run day-to-day operations, and viewers get read-only access to dashboards and reports.
Can we export data for payroll?
Daily reports support CSV export so you can feed attendance into payroll or your HRIS.
